About the Photographer:

Since the early 1980’s Carl Christie has been shooting photos. A manual Minolta was his first camera of choice and his first lessons were given under the watchful eye of his father, professional painter and photographer Robert Christie (christiestudio.com). His passion for photography led him to courses at Guilford College as well as graduation from a certification program from Gwinnett Technical College in 2005 where he was awarded the Coca – Cola Scholarship.

As a professional photographer, Carl has specialized in weddings, portraits and family photo sessions. He was the lead photographer for Wilson and Sons Antiques shooting everything from antique diamonds and watches to sculpture and furniture. Carl has also worked as a featured contract photographer for a top Atlanta event company.

He has done work for The Atlanta Young Singers of Callanwolde, the national hands on network, and Georgia Shakespeare.
